Fodel is a Half-elf Bard. Nala is a Dragonborn Sorcerer. I painted these as Christmas presents for my brother and sister-in-law.

My brother described Fodel as a con-artist and also mentioned that his bard instrument is a jokebook, so I found a half-elf mini who was holding a book. In painting Fodel, I wanted to use blue as the main color since that’s my brother’s favorite color, so I decided that he would have a very elegant blue and gold cloak that he likely conned off some noble. I carefully painted “Jokes” on the cover of the book he’s holding.

For Nala, I found a dragonborn mini that was technically listed as a cleric, but looked liek it would work as a sorcerer too. As my sister-in-law’s favorite color is also blue, I used that as her accent color (she specifically said her robes were black), and then came up with the plan to make the feather cowl look like peacock feathers. I’ve been calling it “peacock-adjacent”, lol. I’m really happy with how it came out. Just for funsies, I looked up the Elven alphabet, and wrote “Butt” on the scroll in elven letters. But no one needs to know that. XD
